The 2-Minute Daily Money Reset

For Solo Private Practice Owners

Purpose:
Reduce money avoidance through brief, repeatable exposure.
This is not bookkeeping. This is nervous system training.

Total time: 2 minutes or less

Daily Money Checklist

1. Open your business bank account.
Look at the balance.
Do not analyze. Do not judge. Just notice.

2. Check today’s deposits.
Did any payments come in?
If yes → move 25–30% to your Tax Savings account.

3. Glance at your tax savings balance.
Simply confirm: “Money is there.”

4. Close the tab.
Completion matters.

Optional (Only If Under 2 Minutes)

☐ Categorize 1 transaction.
Just one.

The Rules

  • No staying longer than 2 minutes.

  • No “while I’m here I might as well…” spirals.

  • No reviewing old months.

  • No forecasting your entire year.

Containment builds safety.

When anxiety rises, say:

“Nothing is wrong. I am building tolerance. This is just information.”
