Reduce money avoidance through brief, repeatable exposure.
This is not bookkeeping. This is nervous system training.
Total time: 2 minutes or less
Daily Money Checklist
☐ 1. Open your business bank account.
Look at the balance.
Do not analyze. Do not judge. Just notice.
☐ 2. Check today’s deposits.
Did any payments come in?
If yes → move 25–30% to your Tax Savings account.
☐ 3. Glance at your tax savings balance.
Simply confirm: “Money is there.”
☐ 4. Close the tab.
Completion matters.
Optional (Only If Under 2 Minutes)
☐ Categorize 1 transaction.
Just one.
The Rules
No staying longer than 2 minutes.
No “while I’m here I might as well…” spirals.
No reviewing old months.
No forecasting your entire year.
Containment builds safety.
