Wills aren’t just about dying! They can be a great way to keep your business running efficiently when you can’t (and I’m not just talking death here). Like what to do on maternity/paternity leave, or when you have surgery, or become ill. Having a plan in place can help you through difficulty times or life changes. And it doesn’t have to be overwhelming (or expensive), we can take it step by step.
Will apply for 1 Ethics hour via LPCAGA. It has been approved before in 2022. We will cover the following objectives:
1) Learn the ethical codes which support the develop of a professional will.
2) Identify procedures and systems for unpredictable events
3) Develop a template for a written professional will as well as wording to be including in the informed consent.
We will meet using google meet on the scheduled date from 9:30am-12:45pm with a 15 minute break at 11:15am.
